Subscription Services
Where the Application offers auto-renewing subscription services: (a) the subscription period and pricing will be disclosed prior to purchase; (b) subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods equal to the original subscription term unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours prior to the end of the then-current subscription period; (c) renewal charges will be applied to the payment method associated with the user's App Store or Google Play account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period; (d) the user may cancel the subscription at any time through the account settings of the applicable distribution platform.

Non-Refundability
Except as required by applicable consumer protection laws or as set out in the refund policy of the applicable distribution platform, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including purchases of Virtual Assets, subscriptions, and premium features.

Price Changes
The Company reserves the right to change pricing for in-app offerings at any time. Users will be given reasonable notice of price changes to subscription services prior to renewal.

Disputed Charges
Billing disputes must be directed to the applicable distribution platform (Apple or Google) in the first instance, in accordance with their respective dispute resolution procedures.

Who Owns Cleopatra's Lucky Spin

Everything in Cleopatra's Lucky Spin — from the artwork to the code — is owned by or licensed to WESEM.

The Application and all game content (art, music, text, code, characters, trademarks) are the exclusive property of WESEM or its licensors, protected by copyright and other laws.

Fan Content: Personal, non-commercial sharing of gameplay content is permitted and encouraged. Commercial exploitation of our IP requires prior written permission.

Indemnification

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.

Voluntary Termination: Stop using Cleopatra's Lucky Spin and uninstall it at any time. To permanently delete your account and data, contact our support team.

• Sections of these Terms that should survive (like IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in effect

Applicable Law

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WESEM is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Courts: Subject to the arbitration agreement, any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in WESEM's governing jurisdiction. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction.

EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

When Terms Change

When Changes Apply
Updated Terms take effect on their effective date. Your continued use of Cleopatra's Lucky Spin after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
